Terms for using the Jutoneo travel eSIM storefront, payment, digital delivery, refund, and support services.
Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Jutoneo Technology Limited. By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, or contacting our support team, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase products through it. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your continued use of the website and to orders placed after the update date.
Company and Service Scope
Jutoneo Technology Limited is a Hong Kong registered technology company. The website at https://jutoneo.net/ operates as an online storefront for digital travel eSIM data products and related customer support services.
Jutoneo is not a mobile network operator, bank, e-money issuer, card issuer, or telecommunications carrier. eSIM products are provided through third-party telecom, eSIM, or digital-product suppliers. Payment processing may be provided by regulated third-party payment service providers and acquiring partners.

Digital eSIM Products
Jutoneo currently offers digital travel eSIM products, including country, regional, and global data plans. Product pages may describe destination coverage, data allowance, validity period, supported networks, activation instructions, fair-use notes, and other product-specific restrictions.
- Products are digital goods delivered electronically.
- No physical SIM card or physical shipment is included unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
- Network quality, coverage, speed, and availability may vary by destination, local operator, device, location, congestion, and local regulations.
- Some eSIM plans may be data-only and may not include voice calls, SMS, local phone numbers, roaming outside the selected area, or emergency-service access.
Orders and Delivery
- Orders are processed after successful payment authorization, fraud screening, and internal order checks.
- Delivery may include a QR code, activation code, supplier-issued instruction, email notification, or customer-account order page.
- You are responsible for entering a correct email address and reviewing destination, data allowance, validity, and product restrictions before checkout.
- We may delay, hold, cancel, or manually review an order if the transaction appears suspicious, duplicated, incomplete, inconsistent with product rules, or inconsistent with our risk controls.
Device Compatibility
You must confirm before purchase that your device supports eSIM, is not carrier locked, can scan or import an eSIM profile, and supports the destination or regional plan selected. Compatibility is your responsibility unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
We are not responsible for activation failure caused by an incompatible device, locked device, removed eSIM profile, incorrect destination purchase, local operator restrictions, or failure to follow activation instructions.
Payment and Security Review
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments, digital wallets, local payment methods, or cryptocurrency payment options depending on region, risk controls, and payment-provider availability.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes on our servers.
Because eSIM products are delivered digitally and may be used immediately after issuance, we apply transaction monitoring and order review controls. These may include order amount and velocity checks, repeated failed-payment detection, device and IP review, billing and email consistency checks, payment status verification, refund and dispute history review, supplier fulfilment review, and manual verification for higher-risk orders.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, refund, or hold an order for review where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment use, sanctions risk, payment testing, refund abuse, policy violation, or other unlawful activity.
Refund Policy
Digital eSIM products are generally treated as final once issued, delivered, activated, or consumed.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered for non-delivery after successful payment, verified activation failure not caused by customer device incompatibility, duplicate order, materially incorrect fulfilment, supplier-confirmed product fault, or a pricing, processing, or delivery error by Jutoneo.
Refunds may be refused for activated or consumed eSIM products, wrong destination or plan selected by the customer, incompatible or locked devices, incorrect email or customer-provided information, buyer remorse, unsupported use outside the product description, insufficient evidence, or fraudulent or abusive behavior.
To request a refund, contact support with your order number, payment reference if available, screenshots, device model, activation error message, and a clear description of the issue. We may verify payment status, delivery logs, supplier fulfilment records, and activation status before making a decision. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where technically and commercially feasible.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe an order was not delivered or does not work as described, please contact us first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
When a payment dispute, chargeback, or retrieval request is received, we may provide the payment provider, acquiring bank, card network, or relevant partner with order records, payment status, delivery logs, activation or supplier evidence, customer communications, refund decisions, and fraud-review notes.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes after successful digital delivery may result in account restriction, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, preservation of evidence, and reporting to payment partners or competent authorities where appropriate.
Prohibited Use
You must not use this website, our products, payment channels, account system, or support channels for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Use of stolen cards, compromised accounts, false identity information, unauthorized payment instruments, or payment-card testing.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or transactions involving sanctioned parties or restricted jurisdictions.
- Fraudulent chargebacks, refund abuse, automated purchasing, bot activity, scraping, vulnerability probing, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Unauthorized resale, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or transfer of products contrary to product or supplier terms.
- Using our products or services to support illegal communications, harassment, fraud, spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, or other harmful activity.
We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, withhold delivery, block related identifiers, preserve evidence, and report suspicious or unlawful activity to suppliers, payment partners, card networks, or competent authorities where appropriate.
Content and Supplier Controls
Jutoneo limits its storefront to lawful digital eSIM and related travel-connectivity products. We do not permit product listings, supplier content, customer submissions, support requests, or account activity involving illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, adult or exploitative content, gambling or betting activity, controlled substances, weapons, hate or extremist content, malware, phishing, intellectual-property infringement, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited content.
Products and suppliers may be reviewed before listing and during ongoing operations. If a product, supplier, customer request, or transaction appears to involve prohibited or illegal content, we may remove the product, suspend fulfilment, request supplier clarification, cancel related orders, and escalate the matter internally or externally as required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, travel disruption, roaming cost, local network outage, local operator restriction, device incompatibility, or customer-provided incorrect information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with this website, our products, our services, or any order placed through this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You and Jutoneo Technology Limited agree that the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, this website, our products, our services, or any order placed through this website.
